  • Inserts provide a 15/8" wide furring strip that is easily located by the embossed name and performs better than wood stud during a pull test.
  • Web/Spacers are available in 4", 5", 6", 8", 10" & 12" widths and can be combined using the revolutionary “H” clip for ANY concrete core-thickness.
  • Web/Spacers & Inserts are made of High-Impact Polystyrene! This rigid construction stops form compression and prevents bulging often found in other ICFs with foam on foam connecting blocks & flexible, Polypropylene connectors.
  • Interior of each panel contains dovetail grooves to ensure continuous contact with the concrete once the concrete has set and cured. This is a very important feature preventing air leakage and water intrusion.
  • IntegraSpec requires that all installations of its system are to be done only by factory-certified crews. This helps to ensure proper application.
  • Exterior of the panels provide an excellent drainage channel which can be used for commercial attachments to increase fire ratings.

 Mechanical Bond:

This core-sample shows the ideal, mechanical bond between IntegraSpec and the concrete core. Notice there are no voids, gaps or pockets for air and moisture to dwell.
